Health Tips:

Types of flour: Full grain flour is healthier than bleached white flour, since it is rich in fiber. Fiber is necessary for the intestine function.

Baking Powder: Tartar baking powder extracted from tartaric acid in grapes is phosphate-free and thus healthier!

Sugar varieties: Through bleaching, all vital materials are extracted from white sugar. Once the sugar enters the body through food intake it robs it of its stored vitamins and a minerals. Conventional brown sugar often consists of dyed refined sugar and is therefore not as healthy as pure cane sugar and cane juice/saturated sugar liquor, which are extracted from the untreated sugar cane. These are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Types of oil: Cold pressed oils are the healthiest, e.g. thistle oil, corn germ or sunflower oil with polyunsaturated fatty acids. These are more easily digestible! When purchasing, please read the information on the bottle.
